Woodworking Workbenches
_____________________________________________________________
Woodworking workbenches are as varied as styles and brands of hand tools. Your workbench is one of the
most used tools in your shop yet most woodworkers use whatever they can throw together fast and easy.
Pre-plan the size you'll need according to what you plan to make and the space you have. Maybe you'll need more
than one workbench. Plan them ahead of time and your projects will be easier and safer to build.
In my workshop I use several. According to what I'm making that day, a particular workbench could be used for laying
out projects, glueing, assembly, or as a base for a portable machine such as a drill press or small lathe. I don't
want to keep moving things around so I use several workbenches as the project flows through the shop.
Below you'll find woodworking workbench plans, accessories, and complete woodworking workbenches ready to ship. Get some quick ideas for your
shop and get started! Maybe you could sell some finished workbenches to other woodworkers, gardeners or mechanics.
Every garage needs a good workbench.
